Cancellations Policy

1. Time Frame: Clients may cancel their service appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancelation free.

2. Cancelation Free: The cancelation fee will be a percentage of the scheduled service price, detailed on our website and communicated during the booking process. Percentages

of cancellation conditions:

72 hours before -30% of the transaction price

48 hours before - 50% of the transaction price

3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without canceling in advance will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

4. Modifying Appointments: Clients may modify their appointment details, including date, time, and location, up to 24 hours in advance without penalty, subject to availability.

General Provisions:

1. Proof of Purchase: To cancel a service or return a product, clients may be required to provide proof of purchase.

2. Contact Information: For any questions or to initiate a cancelation or return, clients should contact Bayz-SPA's customer service.

3. Policy Changes: Bayz-SPA reserves the right to modify this cancelation and return policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
